Welcome to Year 6!

Highlight of the week 07/09/26: This week, the children have been enjoying some fun and practical learning activities! In Science, they used liquorice sweets to sort and classify objects, helping them understand how scientists classify animals into different groups based on their characteristics. During our PSHE learning, the children worked collaboratively in small groups to design and build paper bridges. Their challenge was to create a safe route for a toy car to travel across, encouraging them to communicate, share ideas, solve problems and work together as a team. It was wonderful to see the children demonstrating creativity, cooperation and perseverance throughout the activities!
